Transformation of Wool to Felt

In this interesting, fun workshop, students create a simple, felt piece using wool fibers, moisture, agitation and pressure.

Yoga Workshop

This one-day workshop serves as an introduction to the physical and mental benefits of yoga.
Presented by certified instructor Jennifer DePaul, this program is customized to the age of the participants.

Programs for younger children include music and interactive play; older students learn poses to increase flexibility, balance and coordination, as well as relaxation techniques.

As a residency series, yoga strengthens and relaxes the body, focuses the mind, nurtures self-expression, and builds confidence. It also encourages discipline and self-control
